Traveling with children can be difficult. This room will change that for your family. Policies for this room:
- Toddler room is designed for use by families with small children. This area is exclusively for small children.

- Bunk bed & toddler bed have weight restrictions.
- If you have made this booking in error please do not use the room & reach out to the front desk for alternate available rooms.

I visited this establishment, along with my wife and son, a couple of years ago. It was a very pleasant place to stay. The staff was very helpful. The room very pleasant and there were several good restaurants in the area. We highly recommend this place. Lots of good places to eat in the area not far from the motel.

Great place to stay in Gorham. Ride your ATV right from room to trails. Restaurants and stores within walking distance and if you don't have a ATV you can rent one across street at Northeast Snowmobile and ATV rentals. Cheap rates and clean rooms. Will be back again.
